But here are five compelling reasons you should revisit this critical document on a regular basis.
Reason 1: Recruiters Can Search by Date
Recruiters have a number of ways to sift through the millions of CV’s in Monster's database. One way is by viewing the most recently updated CV’s first. So if you would prefer to be the third CV’s that pops up -- as opposed the 103rd -- updating your CV’s frequently is something easy you can do about it.
